A new Subway Sandwich Shop Opened in the Mandalay Shores Shopping Center on October 23, 2002 at 12:20pm: The first sandwich sold was a foot-long Veggie Delight on Parmesan-Oregano Bread. The actual first sandwich is shown below. Click on photos to enlarge. They will make your mouth water!

    • All-you-can-eat salad bar, pasta bar, etc. Unfortunately the vegan items seem to be disappearing. All their pasta contains eggs and the marinara sauce surprisingly is not vegan. Their nutritional information pamphlet lists all menu items and indicates which are vegan.
